Normally mine is resolved by washing the car and especially under and around the wheels with a jetwash addon. I've changed boost solenoid, map, maf, recirc (turbosmart), spark plugs, fixed 2 or 3 small boost leaks, inspected the turbo and wastegate actuator and tried it with a straight side exit exhaust just in case cat/muffler was blocked. The hose has split.. well it blew to be fair as made fair bang when the car was sitting idle. You can see the hose as highlighted in the pics below as well as the split which is a fair size.
