I have since Christmas an HRM-Pro Plus and an Edge 1040. When I look in Garmin Connect app, under Fitness age, it's say my resting hearth rate is 150bpm(and obviously a priority). This value is fault(I'm young and my resting hearth rate is more about 45bpm). So I wear my HRM-Pro Plus during this days so it can adjust this value.
